Northwestern Names Three New Alumni Regents

Alumni Regents at 2022 Homecoming and Reunion Weekend
Northwestern University has appointed three new Alumni Regents to represent the University in southwest Florida, southeast Florida, and Seattle, Washington.
As recipients of this high honor, the newly appointed Alumni Regents will each serve their local alumni communities for a four-year term that began on September 1, 2022. Their induction brings the current total of global alumni regents to 22, with an additional 57 living emeriti regents.
Alumni Regents play a critical role by serving as University ambassadors in their respective regions. These key members of the alumni community act as extensions of Northwestern by representing the University president at the inaugurations of other college and university presidents. Regents also provide valuable feedback on the Northwestern Alumni Association’s strategic vision and collaborate with other volunteer leaders and organizations.
Four current Alumni Regents also have agreed to serve for another four years. In their second terms, the returning appointees will continue to engage their fellow alumni in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, and Atlanta.
“We welcome our new Alumni Regents, who will help further the University’s direction across Northwestern’s volunteer networks and beyond,” said Christine Olson Robb ’66 (’93 P), chair of the Alumni Regents. “We know that they, alongside those who have chosen to extend their term, will represent the University well.”
